COMMERCIAL GROWTH • OPERATING MODEL • EXECUTIVE ADVISORY

Helping successful businesses build for their next stage of growth with experienced executive leadership.

The operating model that created success isn’t always the one that will support what comes next. Cunningham Advisory works with CEOs, founders and leadership teams to make the transition from successful to scalable — aligning commercial strategy, operating model and execution for the next stage of growth.

ABOUT ANDY

Decades of leading
business through growth and scale

Andy Cunningham is a senior commercial executive with more than twenty years spent leading businesses through growth, restructure and the awkward middle ground between the two. His career has been built inside operating companies rather than on the outside looking in — carrying targets, running teams and being accountable for the result.

He has held executive and country leadership roles across technology, engineering and professional services, with responsibility spanning Australia, New Zealand and the wider APAC region. His experience includes scaling commercial organisations, reshaping go-to-market models, rebuilding commercial functions and integrating acquisitions.

Today he works with a small number of boards, owners and executive teams at a time. The approach is deliberately practical: understand the commercial reality, agree what actually moves the number, then stay close enough to make sure it happens. No frameworks for their own sake, no reports that sit unread.

“Strategy is only worth something when someone is accountable for executing it.”
